Tiki Taka

Tiki Taka is a long-delayed Malayalam action thriller starring Asif Ali, with Naslen K. Gafoor, Lukman Avaran, Wamiqa Gabbi and Sanchana Natarajan also part of the ensemble cast. Directed by Rohith VS, the film marks his third collaboration with Asif after Adventures of Omanakuttan and Iblis, while his previous film Kala showcased his interest in gritty action. Asif has described Tiki Taka as his “KGF”, and the film features more than 20 action sequences, with music by Ravi Basrur, cinematography by Sony Seban and editing by Chaman Chakko. After a production delay caused by Asif’s injury, the film is finally heading towards a theatrical release, with the makers targeting the October–November 2026 window. With Asif Ali coming off a strong run and increasingly looking like a bankable lead, Tiki Taka could be an important film in his career.
