Two films are set to clash at the Kerala box office this week as Aadu 3 and Dhurandhar: The Revenge are scheduled to release on March 19 during the Eid holiday.

Aadu 3 continues its strong run at the Kerala box office, reaching ₹40 crore, while Durandhar has collected a decent ₹14 crore.

Aadu 3 has taken a clear lead over Duranthar at the Kerala box office, crossing ₹28 crore. Meanwhile, Durandhar stands at around ₹9 crore, which is still a very good number considering it’s a Bollywood violent action film in Kerala.
Advance bookings have already started across Kerala, and early trends show Dhurandhar: The Revenge slightly ahead of Aadu 3 in terms of ticket sales. Several tracked shows across the state indicate stronger initial bookings for Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
The first Dhurandhar film had collected around ₹7 crore from the Kerala box office, which helped the film gain some recognition among audiences in the state. That could be one of the reasons behind the early booking momentum for the sequel.
At the same time, Aadu 3, the third installment of the popular comedy franchise, is also expected to see strong bookings as the release date approaches. The earlier Aadu films still enjoy a cult following, especially among Malayalam movie fans.
With both films arriving in theatres on the Eid holiday, the Kerala box office is set for an interesting clash. Booking trends could still change over the next few days as more shows open and audiences begin reserving tickets for the festive weekend.
