Strong Start, Disappointing Second Half
The film starts off with an interesting premise and a fairly engaging first half, with Dulquer Salmaan delivering a stylish and convincing performance. The fantasy element gives the movie some freshness, while the action, BGM and Mysskin's villainous presence add to the commercial appeal. However, the film loses momentum after the interval. The extended flashback feels unnecessarily stretched, the emotional portions become predictable, and the story eventually settles into a familiar ghost-revenge template. The writing also leaves much of the premise's potential unexplored. Overall, it is a stylish and occasionally entertaining commercial film that could have been much better with a tighter and more imaginative second half.
