Pradhama Dhrishtya Kuttakkar

Pradhama Dhrishtya Kuttakkar is an upcoming Malayalam investigative thriller directed by Shahad and produced by Arjun Selva under 11 Icons Film Productions. The film features Parvathy Thiruvothu in the lead, alongside Mathew Thomas, Vijayaraghavan, Sidharth Bharathan, Unnimaya Prasad, Vinay Forrt, Azeez Nedumangad, Saikumar and R Parthiban among others. The film marks Parvathy Thiruvothu‘s first role as a police officer, with the actor playing Aleena Abraham, a woman who joins the police force following the death of her husband, who was also a police officer. Set largely against a police-station backdrop, the film is presented as a realistic investigative thriller. Pradhama Dhrishtya Kuttakkar arrives soon after Parvathy’s I, Nobody, which released in July 2026, giving the actor another thriller-oriented role in the same year. The film is written by P. S. Subramanian and Vijesh Thottingal, with cinematography by Appu Prabhakar, music by Mujeeb Majeed and editing by Chaman Chakko. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on September 11, 2026.
